We are an agile B2B supplies distributor part of a US fortune 500 group, with a mindset of successful high growth start-up! Due to another period of exciting growth, we require a Service Desk Engineer to help the team and keep the business moving forward.

 

What we offer

  • Up to £38,500 package (35k base, 10% bonus)

Role

This person is key to allowing the team to continue to do their jobs successfully! You will be the point of contact addressing office IT issues and Laptops problems that occur.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Windows and Mac support
  • Active directory
  • Strong communications skills
  • On boarding new starters with laptops
  • Supporting the team remotely using Team viewer
