An exciting SaaS company with big plans are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to play a key role in their transformation journey. The Technology, Product, Sales and Marketing areas are being upgraded significantly and a new customer on boarding framework has been built for a Software Implementation Specialist to own and thrive. This coincides with the business’s massive IPO plans, with huge projects afoot across the business!

 

What we offer

  • Up to £65,000
  • Remote (90%+) with occasional in London

 

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Software Implementation specialist, consultant or manager
  • SaaS Sector experience working on complex, enterprise web-delivered applications
  • Stakeholder management skills – excellent communication
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Excel, Project or Basecamp
  • Excellent Data Mapping skills, including hierarchy and field-level mapping
  • Requirements gathering to configure software
  • A can-do attitude and an ability to remove blockers and keep things moving
  • Curious and comfortable holding professional conversations with our target buyers and users
  • Understanding of APIs

 

Role

  • The business has implemented a client on boarding framework, which the Software Implementation Specialist will own
  • Personally own the onboarding for all new customers
  • Lead and consult with clients as you take them on the journey
  • Ensure expectations are clearly communicated to clients
  • Ensure we have successful implementations
  • Refine the processes, track and report on progress
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team
  • Attend client pitches and meetings and consult on best setup of the platform to meet client needs
  • Lead data migration discussions (Excel mainly)
  • Lead requirements gathering for customer integrations
  • Work closely with the product and tech team on change requests, new features and customisations
  • Wow the customer (straight-forward, friction-free process)
